Apparently dying at a young age isn't that uncommon for demigods like me. The prophecy is just on a slightly different scale than usual.

But I'd rather die saving the world than let my friends die instead, or - whatever it is we're doing here. Not that I want to die! I really don't! But my friends all have a lot more people who need them than I do.
