You know in August when all the water came back? The ships that used to be in it dropped out of the sky from nowhere but no one cared because they're not on Retrospec. This guy made a huge fuss about it though and I guess his TI got so pissed off with him that he made him run laps around the entire base going "weewoo" over and over.
But it wasn't Eren.
[ Except for the part where the only two Retrospec people who live on base are himself and Eren. But look, Leo probably doesn't know that! ]
