I know, man. Looking at how this whole thing has gone, though... I don't think we were supposed to be able to protect each other. There's Nier, I guess, but stories like drama, and this one's been blocking us from escaping its stupid plot every step of the way. I wouldn't say that's your fault, either.

To knowing that you won't get deleted with all of Amatsuki? In case you didn't realize, that matters to me a lot!

...I can't answer that, though. For all I know, they do still have spirits in the real Japan, but regular humans there don't know about it. That's how it is for us, back home. I guess you'll just have to wait and see.
