Never in my life, but sometimes it gets a laugh, so it's worth it.

...I know you're a tree spirit and all, but you could just look around the cafeteria for two seconds and find soda. We're in a school. It's not that rare.

Okay. And for the record, I basically only ever come here to make tea, so you don't get to make fun of me.

[He takes it, startling at bit at how cold it is. And then he sniffs at the opening like a feral animal. Makes a bit of a face. But then he sips it. He's clearly startled by the carbonation, but he manages not to choke.]

Why is everything people give me here to try so sweet?

That's just how people like it! But I guess there's ginger ale for something a little lighter on the sugar.

[He watched Leo open the first one so he only struggles a little bit in opening it. And he's more prepared for the fizz! He only sputters a tiny bit.]

This is still really sweet. I can barely taste the ginger. But I guess it would be easier for people to drink this.

It's usually what they recommend if you've got a stomachache or something. Not my fave, but not bad.

They do have tea back home? But you'd probably hate the tea they make back in Houston. It's not real Texas tea if there's not, like, a pound of sugar in it.

What are coke and mountain dew good for? Also, why do they call it that when it clearly has so much more in it besides water?

They're just drinks with brand names, man. It's not that deep. People like them for the flavor, mostly, and I guess the caffeine.

I think I'll stick with tea.
