it starts with a low growl from deep in leo's throat. gritted teeth, as his skin because to tingle and steam. then at once, his body is covered in flames, and he shouts another frustrated curse, knuckles white where he's balled his hands into fists against the ground. ]

[Honestly? Even though Tsuyukusa looks startled, he doesn't look as scared as you might expect him to look, with his aversion to fire? He just sort of watches it with the mute combination of a baby who isn't quite sure what to think of fireworks. Maybe it's scary but maybe it's pretty? Unclear.]

I promised her when I was little that I wouldn't use it at all, at least until I met my dad. But I broke that promise because I thought I could protect her from this goddess that came to threaten us. If she knew that, maybe she'd understand.
